EAGLE AWARD: KZCO Valve CEO Keith Ziegenbein presents the EAGLE award to KZCO Valve chief operating and financial officer Scott Morgan on May 4.

ASHLAND – On May 4, Scott Morgan, KZCO Valve chief operating and financial officer, was given the EAGLE award which was presented to him by Keith Ziegenbein, company CEO.

Morgan started working at KZCO as general manager in 2008 and he has given insight and expanded sales for the valve company located near rural Greenwood. Sales have increased over the last several years to Brazil and the company is starting increased representation into the European market.

The EAGLE (Enterprising Accomplishment of Goals, Leadership and Experience) award has been bestowed to four employees in 41 years of business. Outstanding individuals who care and have committed to enrich the company beyond expectations are honored. Its meaning is the highest honor and achievement KZCO Valve awards. It comes directly from the Ziegenbein family.

“What a great company created out in the middle of a field!” said Morgan, who resides in Lincoln with his wife and two daughters.
